I'm really not comfortable with a possible two innings from Chapman. It seems like any time you use him in something other than a single clean inning, things go tits up.

When everyone was freaking out about potential six-out Chapman saves in the Giants series, I always thought Joe would have a pretty quick hook if he brought Chapman back out in the 9th at all. He was just using him in the highest-leverage situations against the other team's best hitters, which is kind of what's happening here (although the Dodgers lineup is funky tonight so who knows)
