Not sure about the electronic commerce. But your defense is along the lines of; I found this stolen TV and gave it to someone else. But then on the other hand everyone who viewed it would be "receiving stolen goods". So that doesn't really work in this situation I guess. Bottom line, if she was serious about suing you she wouldn't talk to you like this. It's like high school girl talk. "Oh really?! Wellllll I know what you did and I'm gonna tell" Ignore it.
