Voting Red here. Seems like we need to mind control this guy and find out if he's telling the truth. I wouldn't be too surprised if he is. Nobody seems put out that this place is making cyborg kids and our hero has no idea what happened before she woke up. From her perspective, the place is scary because she is all alone and doesn't know what's going on but she is recovering from surgery and possibly trauma from the attack or whatever. All of our knowledge comes through the lens of the scared little girl so things might not be as sinister as they seem. Though there was a death arm in the R&D lab...
