 It's an N5 with Nova Launcher, HD Widgets, and the icon pack is Bleach. I'm fond of it but that Android '95 setup is tempting.

A year or so ago someone posted their classy KLWP setup, so I took it and made it incredibly gaudy and neon. I know what I like, and it's fuscia-on-black.

I uploaded my preset if anyone wants a go at it, I'm not very good at the program so I mostly poked at it until I got the colours I wanted. Icons are Neon Glow Icon Pack by Vertumus, I like most of his stuff. The background is some Xavier Portela photography, I think it's Bangkok?
