I'll definitely make something for this tomorrow. Would it be acceptable for one person to submit two videos? I have a couple of ideas and can't decide which one would be better. All the best YouTube Celebrities have no less than four LPs going at the same time anyway.

ResearchIndicates does something similar for his threads and it tends to work well getting people excited for what's coming. This would work great for YouTube LPs. Since you don't have an OP to explain stuff about the game, you could make a video like that as a substitute. But of course, the only people on YouTube who make trailers for their LPs just toss random clips from the game together and overlay music...
