It pretty much is, if I recall correctly. Ideal professional translation involves hiring a native speaker of the target language who is also fluent in the work's original language.

I think it's an affirmative test that the machine is NOT a DC. So the red X is a double negative - it's not not a DC, or, rather, it is a DC.
