That is not a user-friendly error message, and your KB article on the supposed cause is even more wallpunch-worthy. quote:This error usually occurs when Internet Explorer is open while using QuickBooks. To avoid this error you can use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox, if you need to use the Internet while QuickBooks is open. Sometimes changing your default browser in Windows can resolve this problem.
