He posted that around March this year, then went and blew up the marathon last week. Heh. And for your information, a lot of people hate Americans around the world. It's mostly out of ignorance, not crazyness. Look, at 19 kids in this country tend to obsess about their identity and heritage. They also tend to be passionate about doing the right thing. I don't think he had to look very far to make himself believe that Americans "hate" muslisms, and I think his brother heavily influenced him on this. Look at FOX news, or any right wing affiliated source. This crap is on TV! Also I'm glad that my country of origin makes my opinion less valid.

I thought everyone in this thread was just speculating wildly about Johar's motivations, all I said was I don't think he's necessarily crazy. I didn't mean to force my opinion on anyone, it is very likely that what I'm saying is wrong. But I also won't be surprised that if the kid comes to, he will tell you about Americans and Russians oppressing Muslims around the world. Sometimes people do bad things out of very strong convictions, not because they are insane.
