I was not disappointed. And yes, you can actually experience pain in a dream, depending on what kind it is. From what I understand, what the sleeping mind really screws up are numbers. Though if Keats realizes he can look at a clock and tell what time it is, I will be amazed if that makes him suddenly understand the weird poo poo is actually real.
