At the end of season 4 he did try to win her back. Hell her dad was like you got to let her go and she'll be truly happy. And he said gently caress you. Not to mention, Halloween episode, Hank sees that something is troubling Dean. He's probably still pretty heartbroken over Triana.

But who knows.

Was that before or after Dean discovers he is a clone?

I like Hatred. :shobon: His gungho attitude and weirdness plays off as a really nice contrast to how generally cool, collected, and normal Brock is/was as the Venture bodyguard. I imagine writing jokes and comedy for Hatred is easier than Brock, but the household doesn't really have a straight man anymore, although Dean is starting to sort of become one.

It looks like 21 might become the new actual bodyguard with Hatred just there.

I don't think so? The whole idea was the jPad was stuffed full of explosives, so I don't see how they'd be able to have a second explosion from it after the first one to take out Venturestein destroyed it. Would the army have cared if Rusty got caught in the explosion too? Probably not, but I don't think that was an actual part of their plan.

Also, another addition to the 'I like Hatred' party. He's just so excitable and endearing!

I thought the jpad triggered the explosives in Venturstein? So it could have been the thing was then triggered to explode after he triggered the jpad.

I also like Hatred. He is just so happy to be around people who tolerate him and he seems to really care for the boys and not in his usual way.

This has to be one of the best Venture Bros. moments in the entire series. The reveal of Ünderland being a small country somewhere in Michigan is just too perfect. What's even better is that when I'm making my wife watch the series with me after all these years I completely forgot about it. It was just as amazing as the first time.

On that note, what's everyone's personal favorite moments? You can't say Major Tom, because that's everyone's favorite.

Captain Sunshine since I am a huge Batman TAS fan. It was just an amazing bit of casting

Dr. Girlfriend: Sweetie, isn't that the guy from Depeche Mode?
The Monarch: Oh no, wait, where? Holy crap, he's with a girl!
Dr. Girlfriend: Oh yeah, that guy is totally straight. I saw a whole thing about him on the VH1.
The Monarch: But he's the guy from Depeche Mode. That's impossible!
Dr. Girlfriend: Straight!
The Monarch: Come on! He's in Depeche Mode!

The only decent part of Guess Who's Coming to State Dinner?

Lincoln's Ghost: (knocks over a tiny statue of himself) Damnation! Forcefield, I didn't see that one coming! Sorry, Dean. Okay, okay! New plan...
Hank: (points at statue) Well, you just KO'd Uncle Sam! Why can't you just do that to an astronaut and his mom?
Lincoln's Ghost: That's not Uncle Sam, it's me! Wouldn't lay a glove on it if it weren't. I can only move things in the material world that bear my image. Wait! That penny in your pocket, Dean! I was able to get that through the forcefield! That's it!
Hank: We build a gun made out of pennies!
Lincoln's Ghost: Exactly! Wait, no, that's insane! But I have another idea! Boys, I need five dollar bills. Scores of them, 10 score at least!
Dean: How are we gonna find that many.
Hank: How, how. What are you, an owl? He can make it with his magic!
Ghost of Abraham Lincoln: For the last time, Hank, I'm a ghost, not a genie. You two must find a way!
Hank: Wait, does it matter if it's the new fives or the old ones.
Lincoln's Ghost: I... prefer the new ones? But, whatever! Go! Go!!

I really enjoy how the boys have developed competence in their own way, mainly by rebelling against their failure of a father. Hank has shown several times that he has a knack for combat and even detective work when his conscious mind isn't getting in the way. Dean has slowly withdrawn but quietly became good at science despite Doc's attempts to get him to do things his way.

I want them to retain their goofy qualities, but it's nice to see the growth.

It makes me wonder what the other Dean and Hanks were like. I am sure some lived for a while and developed their own personalities or are these ones different since they have lasted longer then all the others?
