Does this mean that an Aced Dominator has a better chance of intimidating non-special units? I don't understand the intimidate_aura value.

My guess is its either standard shout distance or the area covered by control freak.

Using this CAR4 W/ Folding Stock, Vintage Mag, Short Barrel, Stubby, Hand Grips, and a Surgeon Sight.

I can use either

Crosskill w/ Vented Slide, Extended Mag, Standard Pistol Silencer

or a

Compact 5 w/ Collapsible Stock, Short Barrel, Professional's Choice (only 1 surgeon sight so far), and a Bigger is Better suppressor.

I can use any of those secondaries and the lightweight ballistic vest and still maintain low visibilty.

So this is THE Ghost setup?

Looks like I will be selling some of my weapons, CAR-4 Short/Stealth Barrel here I come.

Basically:
Smooth Talker + Dominator for stealth runs
Heavy Armor + Saw + Shotgunperks for rough stuff
Ghost perks for moving/interacting with things faster, negating the armor momevement penalty, plus the ability to open a door with my ecm and crack a safe

The only 8 points that I would reconsider is acing "Nine Lives", 10% chance doesn't seem like much, but it saved me a few times. Maybe spend those points on double ecms and lucky charm/moving target.

This build is missing Aced Cable guy. This is my version a.k.a Lupin III, I am pondering whether to un-ace ECM specialist so I can pickup Nine Lives and Silent Killer though.
