I've been doing my streams through YouTube as the quality is better then doing them on Twitch and then uploading them to YouTube; Twitch has a nasty habit of losing my past streams. I haven't experienced any delay between my mic audio and the stream video, there is the normal eight or so second delay on the stream (unless you manually set it higher on your encoder) that you'd see on Twitch. There is also a live chat window that viewers can type in during the stream though I don't think it has the option to 'pop out' like Twitch does but I run multiple screens so this isn't a concern for me at least. YouTube also has a few features I rather like such as scheduling events which your subscribers will see and be reminded of via your Google page and during streams you can pop in pre-made messages, like if you're doing a long stream and need a piss break you can set up a slideshow (I use my Steam screenshots directory with some random .mp3's) for viewers to watch while you're away.

The only lag you'd have is the normal Twitch streaming lag of maybe ten seconds so what they see to comment on wouldn't be what you were actually doing. This is eliminated in a co-op game since you'd both be seeing the same thing in-game. I'll dig around and find my VAC audio setup, but I know it uses five config windows.

I think we're pretty close to the end of How To Survive Last time we stuffed a dead cat to trick an old lady into telling us there's a very drunk pilot on the island willing to help us if we collect all the boxes he accidentally air-dropped. I'm sure there won't be a huge flock of zombie birds guarding them or anything. Playing some Payday 2 I saw they pushed out two hot-patches since the Overkill patch to try and fix a few things. I doubt it will make my Ghost life any easier but we'll see. Not going to take random Skype calls since it'll be confusing with in-game chat but if any Goons want to jump in and play we'll start up a Skype chat. I've also bumped up my stream bandwidth a bit so going to be keeping an eye out for any dropped frames, let me know if it does anything funky on the viewing side. http://www.twitch.tv/soloflock
