Your options there are limited, if that's a problem just turn off from settings -> "display & sound" -> "Set up TV & A/V control" -> "Device Power Options"

I think the time for this has come and gone though, they might have been able to pull this off earlier in the 360's lifespan, but at this point mobile is so entrenched and they've got enough other platforms that aren't really taking off that I don't see them launching a new one.
