Aren't those negotiated directly between the players and the companies? I haven't seen anything about them dropping the players sponsorship's.
it's not happening and wont happen and I don't get why people are posting about it as though it is reality.

e, for added depth: Blake Griffin doesn't wear Clippers gear in his ads, Chris Paul is wearing a Clippers jersey for 5 seconds of the original born to assist ad. It's not like them wearing Clippers apparel is the core conceit of their commercials.
