I'm tentatively IN. (Barring my house selling and having to move as well as a few other projects I've got going this summer.) My initial thought is to do a game based on broadcast signal intrusion. For now I'm planning on running solo. I've been waiting for SAGDC9 to start, but the timing is just all sorts of weird for me this year.
