That actually probably is a million dollar idea, put a squat rack in a filled pool and tell people that the additional resistance provided by the water makes the lifting way more effective (don't tell them about buoyancy though)

Take a kayak oar and put extra big paddles on it so they get a lot if resistance in water. Call it the water squat bar.
