That actually probably is a million dollar idea, put a squat rack in a filled pool and tell people that the additional resistance provided by the water makes the lifting way more effective (don't tell them about buoyancy though)

when I was on vacation once, far from any gyms, i bought a bunch of waterbottles and put them in a plastic bag and then i lifted the plastic bag. Rocks also work for this guys i think i might be addicted to lifting heavy things
