I stood at the entrance to the Academy, uncertain as to how to proceed.
"Why have you come?"
The voice came from a little old man sitting on a rock next to the doors leading into the Academy. He was very small, and his bald head made him seem vulnerable.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"I am Master Durgan, the doorkeeper to the Academy. Why have you come?"
I told him that I wanted to learn magic.
I told him that I wanted to learn Necromancy.
I told him that I wanted to learn everything.
I told him it was none of his business and to let me in.

I was given a room in the Academy, which included a bed, a desk, and a chair. It was very sparse, but it was my own. I was also given a schedule of classes. My training as a wizard had begun.
I learned
Although I learned many things at the Academy, my favourite class was…
…Alchemy.
…Conjuration.
…Divination.
…Enchantment.
…Illusion.
…Summoning.
…Transmutation.
I learned that necromancy wasn't studied, as it was considered an evil magic. Healing also wasn't taught as a specific class, having been considered mostly the domain of priests
Healing was my true gift, even though it wasn't officially taught at the Academy.
Necromancy was where true power lay.
Let me show you want the game says about each branch of magic.

Transmutation-Changing one thing into another. A transmuter can turn an ordinary sword into a magic one, or a person's flesh into stone.
Healing - the mending of the physical body. A healer can cure injuries, poisoning, and disease.
Necromancy- To raise people from the dead, in order to serve me. Necromancers can reanimate a body in order to create skeletons, zombies, ghouls, mummies, liches, and other powerful undead creatures.
