A beautiful idea OP. Unfortunately, all jokes put someone down. If there's no victim there's no humor. It's literally impossible. Even the most basic joke: "Why did the Chicken cross the road?" "To get to the other side" has a victim (the listener, who is implied to be too stupid to figure out the simple truth of the chicken's motives).
