well, 25 lbs is a lot, so if you want to get BULKY (hulk) youll need to do low reps...lotsa weight. so do like 5 reps with that 25 lb chair

if you want a lean look (spiderman, the flash?) then youll need to lower the weight... and do mad crazy reps. so find like a 5 pound stool or something. do 50 -100 reps with it
