I watched it as a teenager a long time ago, and there were some hot chicks in it (I considered them hot at the time anyway, although I'm sure my tastes have changed since), which was basically my litmus test for awesome movies at the time. I haven't seen it since, but I'll just go ahead and take a fellow Goon's word for it that is indeed loving awesome; particularly after such an articulate and persuasive original post.
