I would have said hundreds of millions but I know that there are only like 350 million people in America and some of them are children and/or muslims or whatever.

I think I heard some statistic once that after 6pm like 1 out of 5 drivers on the road is drunk. That's probably not true but I'm going to run with it anyway.
