It is inevitable that we are all gonna be able to pay to subscribe to youtube channels (like twitch.tv already does) some day. I would pay to subscribe a channel like Motherboard that consistently puts out high quality poo poo simply so they have more money to fund their obviously barely-funded endeavor. If anything I hope these kinds of things will happen sooner so maybe we won't have to deal with this cable TV charade any more
