Civil service & less than 6 yrs till retirement with a pension & a strong 401k to back it all up. Also have the ability to come back as a consultant on top of that. We schedule our own overtime so that we get at least 2 overtimes per pay period. Job is low to no stress level & co-workers are pretty chill. Go-go union Powah!
