The three specialist doctors I see all vote Liberal, for no reason other than 'they always have'. My nurse coordinator votes National because she comes from the country, as do at least have the ward nurses. My physiotherapist votes Liberal, then complains that he has hosed internet infrastructure, and has a 45 minute drive to and from work every day because no public transport can get him to work. I did have one physiotherapist who was on weekend duty, she voted Greens and was a union member and told me about all the industrial action they had planned, she was pretty cool. So yeah #notalldoctors but a loving lot of them it seems. *votes Liberal, complains about staff and funding cuts, works in the WA Public Health System*

Another problem with the news trawling social media for photos is that its made it very easy for them to find pictures that help them paint whatever picture of the victim they want, see in the USA whenever a black person is killed they find the most "thuggish" picture they can, or any pictures of them doing "gang signs" with their hands. And then you get the opposite of this, when people like Anders Brevik know thats exactly what will happen, so he sanitizes his social media profile so that its full of studio grade photos of him looking charming and clean cut.

We should switch our current organ doner registry from opt-in to an opt-out system, I think they have one like that somewhere in Europe and it has helped reduce the scarcity of donor organs a lot.
