Short rules: "Don't be an rear end in a top hat or a whiny idiot" "Post comics you like, PS, no Far Side" Here are the old + new rules for goons who have trouble understanding the shorter version above, old thread readers please make note of #4: 1. No memes. Not even rage comics or Dolan. If an already existing comic became a meme, it's okay to post the original comic (stare dad for example). 2. Make it big enough to read text, but don't break tables. 3. Try to stick with one-page funny comics, if you must share a comic that has multiple pages then please link it instead of posting them all. 4. Post comics. No one cares if you think a comic someone else posted is not funny. If you "don't get it" state what you think the joke is trying to be so everyone can make fun of you for being so dense, before explaining that "that's how cats really act" or "the truck tire hides a yarmulke". Post comics you think are funny, stop complaining without providing a counter-example of a comic you feel is actually funny. Even Extreme Insertion posting a Moon Over June link is more interesting than a bunch of text explaining that you still don't get Achewood or how because XKCD is so bad that it's impossible for even one of them to be legitimately humorous. 5. Try to provide links to comic websites, so people too lazy to do a Google Image Search can read more of the funny comic to which you introduced them. 6. Respect Gary Larson. He might not understand how information wants to be free and how jokes circulate, but he's like a proto-goon or something and people will call you a bad person for sharing his funny words 'n' pictures because he asks politely that people not do so. pageerror404 posted:I thought it would be awesome to have a thread for pictures of funny comics that aren't memes. Does anyone remember when Sinfest used to be good? I remember reading a couple which were hilarious back in the day, but I don't recall enough about them or their time period to go searching around. I think most of the better ones were about the dog and cat, but it's been forever so I don't even remember if it was a dog or not. I definitely recall the cat.
