In the shower, I wash my rear end and only my rear end. from the second I turn on the water. I point the shower head directly at the rear end and wash it vigorously for twenty minutes. I focus all my energy and mental concentration on the rear end, when I wash . I am always trying to "be" the rear end, when I wash it: to feel what it needs and wants. I experience ego death and give myself to the washing of the rear end. Then I scrub and dry the rear end. The rest of me can go to hell, but my rear end is pristine and extraordinarily well groomed. I have nine rear end soaps and two cremes.

i dont have much more insight other than what I said sorry for the derail guys I take pretty short showers because my shower is like a billion gallons a minute and after about 12-15 will pretty much be cold but it's worth it for the avalanche of water prior

You should use separate products for body, face and of course, hair. Especially when it comes to exfoliate products!
