Urgh, that got too tense. And heh, running down the clock in the corner at home in the OBOS league, good job Brann.

So apparently Barmen is good at penalties, why the gently caress can't he hit the goal from open play? He certainly gets into position often enough (and misses often enough that the crowd is just yelling SHOOT even when he gets the ball in his own half).

Brann's youth team just drew 1-1 to Anderlecht's youth team in the UEFA Youth League tournament. I think Brann winning the league in 2022 with our golden generation of youngsters is a safe bet :downs:

Is Horvath the number one choice keeper at Molde now? I heard he was only starting because of an injury or something. Anyways I saw he made the EL team of the week and he wasn't with our u-23 team during qualifying the other day to stay with Molde apparently.

I believe they sold Nyland after the Norwegian transfer window had closed, so they couldn't get a replacement - someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but I vaguely remember them wanting another goalie but weren't able to get one.

I had a great time at the game! Viking Stadium is quite nice, although the attendance was a bit disappointing. The football is (IMO) MLS quality, although most of the corners/crosses into the box were atrocious. Here's a panorama from inside the stadium:

Three rounds left and we have this table
code:
1	Rosenborg 27	19	5	3	65-21	62
----------------------------------------------
2	Stabæk 27	16	5	6	49-33	53
3	Strømsgodset	27	16	4	7	60-38	52
4	Odd 27	13	9	5	50-36	48
5	Viking 27	15	2	10	47-33	47
6	Vålerenga 27	13	5	9	44-37	44
7	Molde 27	12	7	8	53-29	43
8	Lillestrøm 27	10	9	8	39-37	38
9	Bodø/Glimt 27	11	4	12	46-49	37
10	Aalesund 27	10	5	12	39-53	35
11	Haugesund 27	8	7	12	30-46	31
12	Sarpsborg 08	27	6	10	11	33-45	28
13	Tromsø 27	5	8	14	32-48	23
----------------------------------------------
14	Start 27	5	6	16	32-57	21
----------------------------------------------
15	Mjøndalen 27	4	8	15	35-63	20
16	Sandefjord 27	4	4	19	31-60	16
Sandefjord can't be saved. Start and Mjøndalen will probably both go down. I can't really see any of them winning in the playoff.

Rosenborg will win the league next round. But who will get the Europa League spots? Norway will have the same amount for the 16/17 EL (#2, #3 and cupwinner in the first qualround), but it's not sure who it will be.

If Rosenborg wins the cupfinal #4 in the league will get the EL-spot instead of Sarpsborg 08. Molde, Vålerenga, Viking and Odd are all in contestion for the fourth place (although Moldes chances are quite slim).

Next round:
Fredag, 23. Oktober (Runde: 28)
19:00 Start - Mjøndalen

Lørdag, 24. Oktober (Runde: 28)
15:30 Sarpsborg 08 - Tromsø
18:00 Haugesund - Vålerenga

Søndag, 25. Oktober (Runde: 28)
15:30 Aalesund - Molde
18:00 Bodø/Glimt - Lillestrøm
18:00 Odd - Sandefjord
18:00 Strømsgodset - Rosenborg
20:00 Viking - Stabæk
