Try looking at the build I've been updating over time and using for my standard cap build.

If you don't have level 69 upgrades then just go with all of his uniques that, in total, give you the most skill ranks evenly.

I need two signature cubes, but with those I can hit 50 on everything I use outside of Shield Toss. Cap's crazy as poo poo with his items.

Go with Gungnir if you're not at 7500 Omega or feel comfortable using nullifier. With a high Shield Expertise rank you should have a ton of crit. His slot 1 will add to that some more, and if you need you can look for an insignia that gives crit as well. Either way you decide, just go with the one that makes the most sense to you without requiring a lot of tinkering. Either will suit him well.

Yah Nick's build is good. If you manage cap's serum well he shits out damage, when you brut on your sig it feels drat good.

I don't really read comics really but I imagine that heroes often claim "I've got this" before jumping into the air and slamming their faces on the ground with great force.

Yesterday I found $50 while working. With it I just managed to buy every hero I had left except the raccoon.

Tax return sale has been good to me.

Edit: I've only ever used random boxes before. Guess I get to save splinters from now on.

Never cosmic is an easy shoe in for a team up, or surprise hero. Though the interaction with choke..........lux might make them a good terminal semi-boss?

Only time will tell and the lack of in-game clock means I'll have no idea when that is.
