But really I agree that Anderson's powers, despite being prevalent in the comics, were kinda unnecessary in the movie. I won't say it felt shoehorned in but I will say that when the hot blonde said she didn't wear a helmet like Dredd because it "messed with her psychic abilities" and then he didn't go "that's pretty stupid" I rolled my eyes.

To the John Wick naysayers though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-HSoOFdJ3s I don't know how anyone can watch this scene and not think this movie is great. I especially like their use of color in the early parts of the scene/when Wick exits onto the dance floor. Although I was a tiny bit bothered by Wick being able to hit basically anyone with pinpoint accuracy except the one person he's trying to kill who has the magical power of ducking and weaving on his side. im just kinda bored of fight scenes that are *mook waits politely for hero to finish with other mook before he runs towards hero with his arms held out rigid in front of him at waist level so the hero can grab his hands and do sweet kung fu moves* and john wick was kinda a repeat offender.
