Honestly my biggest advice is: stop drinking calories. All my drinking calories are alcohol related and I stopped drinking for 8 or so months and lost so much just doing that. That was enough of a start to get me into a motivation mindset. Can't eat what you don't buy. Don't buy poo poo at the store, and you can't eat it later. For 2 years I wouldn't walk down the rows at stores that had the ice cream. If I didn't buy it, I can't eat it. And moderation. Don't order a pizza. Go somewhere that lets you order slices, get 2 takeout and eat it at home. After 2 it's done and there's no more. And you haven't bought poo poo so there's nothing else to eat.
