^^^^^ wassup late character buddy Adrian "Spider" Wallace High Concept: (Someone Else's) Life of the Party Trouble: In Harm's Way Skills: +4: Infiltration, Athletics +3: Resolve, Stealth +2: Alertness, Communication, Marksmanship Health: [] [] Stamina: [] [] [] [] [] [] Psyche: [] [] [] [] [] To Director REDACTED Per your request, here is an overview and psychological profile of the asset codenamed "Spider". As you know, it recently came to light that Adrian Wallace declined an offer for a low-level analyst position. Upon follow-up, it was found that not only was the asset nevertheless employed at our European branch, but that the job offer was rejected eight months ago. Our initial investigation corroborates Wallace's explanation, as given in custody: a clerical error led to the letter being delivered not to Mr Adrian Wallace, an Oxford grad student, but to to Ms Adrian Wallace, a petty if ambitious thief previous considered and passed over for accelerated recruitment. With a thoroughness and tenacity that defies explanation, Ms Wallace showed up for the job and promptly set about erasing all traces of her rival from our systems. Asset claims to have restored all of this data in the past week, apparently because "you were taking so bloody long to notice me, I thought I'd never get to point out that I don't actually work here." Asset appears to be motivated not by personal gain or loyalty to OCAM. Wallace is a thrill seeker, and claims her ruse was effectively "an extended audition" for field work. She has been vetted in the basic training scenarios, including the mock interrogation, and is, admittedly, miles ahead of our other infiltration and recon specialists, particularly in social settings. Despite her sterling ability I recommend against your decision to add Wallace to the active roster. She is reckless at best and unpredictable at worst. What little of her former life we can piece together tells of a young woman with multiple tragic losses in her past, and as such she is a ticking time bomb emotionally; she throws herself headlong into danger with little concern for collateral and none for herself. Further, despite her assurances that she would "rather work for the good guys if it's all the same" there is always the chance she will one day decide that our enemies are more exciting. As my protests have been made quite clear, I must assume you see something in the asset that I do not. I've given my professional opinion. The decision, and the consequences, are your responsibility. I will, however, agree with you on one point: The asset is incredibly fetching in a backless gown. Dr. Redacted

Danger-Pumpkin posted:Captain Walker can you elaborate on the High Concept and Trouble for Adrian? What do you have in mind for those? The high concept was meant to reflect the things Adrian is good at: thrill-seeking, pretending to be someone else, incredibly risky courses of action that could be loosely described as "plans". Invoke to pull off something ridiculous when she really shouldn't be able to. The trouble was an extension of that: she's bored senseless by briefings, diplomacy, and peaceful solutions. Compel when the sensible option is just so drat boring that she can't stomach it.
