Let's set the mood for what is objectively the sexiest main event in UFC history: it's UFC on FOX 15: Machida vs. Rockhold.

It feels so good, having former Light Heavyweight Champ Lyoto Machida and former Strikeforce Middleweight Champ Luke Rockhold fight each other on my TV. Don't try to fight the takedown baby, ain't no use. We're along for the ride.

UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Rockhold: 8 p.m. ET on FOX

Machida's been on a tear at middleweight, having fights of the night with Gegard Mousasi and current champ Chris Weidman, and a performance of the night headkick KO over his Heterosexual Training Partner Mark Munoz. Despite a rocky introduction against Vitor Belfort, Rockhold has also looked excellent, finishing Costas Philippou, Tim Boetsch and Michael Bisping, the latter two performances ranking among SomethingAwful's submissions of the year.

This one's not as conventionally handsome as the main, but if you can get past Jacare's weird-shaped head and pinched face and Chris Camozzi's inherent existence, it's not so bad. This is an unfortunate rematch no one wanted to see as a replacement for a much cooler fight that was supposed to happen with Yoel Romero, but Camozzi's back on his third UFC stint now that he was the only person willing to fight Jacare on a week's notice. Realistically this is a time trial for Jacare to see if he can beat his ghost data, so Camozzi will likely be looking at a 6-7 UFC record inside of a round.

This'll potentially be a really fun fight but hot drat does it ruin my weird forced �sexy card� theme. Cub Swanson's late-career resurgence has finally been derailed by Frankie Edgar, but it should still be a good litmus test for where Max Holloway is at as he is about 12 years old so he's at that stage where he's noticably improving between every fight. Whatever happens I hope it's a finish so we can get to the hotties faster :wink:

It's hard to call as Felice is an unfortunate early women's veteran who probably peaked before the big show but VanZant is green enough that :iiam:

MMA Snack Rating: chocolate covered strawberries

Ingredients
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 pound strawberries with stems (about 20), washed and dried very well

Directions
Put the semisweet and white chocolates into 2 separate heatproof medium bowls. Fill 2 medium saucepans with a couple inches of water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Turn off the heat; set the bowls of chocolate over the water to melt. Stir until smooth. (Alternatively, melt the chocolates in a microwave at half power, for 1 minute, stir and then heat for another minute or until melted.)

Once the chocolates are melted and smooth, remove from the heat. Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip the fruit into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Set strawberries on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries. Dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries.

Set the strawberries aside until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
