my last nickname was sparkles because i wore a super small pair of jeans that had the legs cutoff and wrote sparkles in sparkly marker on the rear end and i walked into switchgear and said "hey boys" but there was a woman on duty at the time so instead of getting pinned with sexual harassment i told her i thought someone else was on duty (which was true, i thought my friend was) and she said she took his watch and it was ok, because she was laughing and knew i wasn't the type of guy to sexually harass but she made the nickname stick and that is a true story
