Uchi is the poo poo, all jokes aside it is the best fancy restaurant in Texas hands down, imo. I somehow dropped 200 sitting at the bar with a date didn't even order any alcohol, was still very satisfied.

a bay posted:I had a hamburger once from a place that puts the ground beef in a metal box and steams it, that was pretty insane. I Know a chef that cooks burgers in rear end crack of a 500 pound man. The heat+pressure slow cooks the burgers to perfection.
