I downloaded their bloated catalog of music to listen to in the car, I always end up skipping 99% of their songs to get to the 1 or 2 I actually like. That's my story thanks for listening PS: I also didn't really care for Yoko Yono, she makes me irrationally angry

I'd say that the beatles were average musicians who got exceedingly lucky buy having the entire weight of the burgeoning UK music business thrown behind them. But Ringo's drumming brings their average talent level down to poor/marginal.

Whoever posted Happiness is a Warm Gun, thank you, that's the best Beatles song. Hard Day's Night is a really fun movie and I think lots of people who like the Beatles haven't seen it which is a shame. I like the Beatles a lot, but some of that may have to do with the fact that I grew up listening to them in the house a lot. It sucks that people feel pressured to like the Beatles because it's great when you meet a genuine fan and not someone who likes them just because they think they are supposed to. One thing that is quite undeniable, whether you appreciate their music or not, is the influence they've had on so many musicians who came after them.
