The obvious one is "lawyer".

Two of the others I think could be "date", as in to court someone, and maybe "net", since it goes with a tennis/basketball/volleyball court.

As for the legality of Flee being a clue for Cat, the rules in the OP say that homophones of words currently on the board aren't allowed, but doesn't say anything about homophones being clues for multiple meanings.

I'm feeling better about Night, since I'm not liking the idea of a homophone clue. I will readily admit, though, in an in person game, I might feel differently. Just the fact that the word is spelled out means it is unarguably one of the two.
