We need a safe, clean and reliable cash source. Cash can get us everything else we need. Drugs are a difficult business. It's High Risk-High Reward. Either we are dealing or running protection and both will get us killed/caught. We need to get involved with Industrial Sabotage Big cities mean big corporations. And Big corporations mean money. We have the team to become a valuable and effective infiltration and sabotage team. We start small, breaking into a data-center. Break machines at a construction site etc. This will get us enough material to instigate a gangwar that decimates the local gangs. This is where we step in and snag up valuable territory, arms and goods. In turn we go to the biggest surviving gang and offer them employment. They become our dirty-work crew and second revenue stream. Then by this point we should control a sizable empire with ground troops and provide a useful service to the local corporations. From there we can found a legitimate foundation for mutants funded by the revenue of our gang and corporate wet-work. This is the point where we start buying senators.

C D F Don't get high on your own Supply! Really we need our members that can get dependent on drugs clean. It's a liability and compromises their effectiveness. Don't be too hard on her now, but tell her to be careful. She's our crew and we need her 100%. Anything like Headlight is gotta have some Nasty effects and is being made by some nastier people.

B A We don't want to be anywhere near here, but the Mutant Response Team is a sign of a big problem. Clearly they are the hired goons giving a legitimate face to whatever shadow organization is capturing and conducting tests on mutants, most likely the same ones that make that amplification drug and the same ones that had the mind wipe mutant. I don't think it's paranoid to assume that they are deeply entrenched with the government. The mutant registration gives them a literal menu of mutants to collect, dissect, brainwash and mobilize as weapons. This is our enemy and we need to start building a powerbase as well as a positive media campaign because when the MRT moves against The Brotherhood it's going to be false flags and smear campaigns on national cable news. Watch how this "mutant terrorist attack" plays out. Gotta make the mutant rights people sound like terrorist supporters.

She's either lying or that drug is even worse than we imagine. Also looks like they mind wiped her pretty hard. My guess is either a sleeper agent, or the drug makes you really susceptible to suggestion and she's a sleeper agent. We could neutralize her, find a mutant that can go inside her brain and try to reconstruct things, or we can play catch and release and see what she does. Put her under house arrest. No phone. A room with only one guarded exit. Two man watch. Then reach out through the contacts to find a mutant doctor to study the drug and a psychic to probe around.

A 2 Time to bug out. Hopefully our phone has some text to speech function and we can use that to send a message to the others to bug out as well to the safe house. We go to our orphanage friend and coordinate from there after getting a new phone. Everyone switches to burners and we work on finding a psychic mutant.
