I always got the impression that ISU fans were really happy to have Mangino though so I'm not sure that was the best way to go about placating people. I was negative on Mangino from the start. I'm convinced that he's the same jackass he was at KU, and really did not want to see him succeed Rhoads after his inevitable firing.
