i'm surprised there isn't more eva on this blog i started nisemonogatari and while its definitely less visually radical than its predecessor its still pretty good. i miss the abundance of intertitles tho. i have only watched 19 episodes combined of all of the series and suruga is the best so far

kaiki's whole speech to her at the end of the arc was for her to realize that love isnt the only thing to worry about and wont be the only thing to make her happy. that is why he told her to pursue her dream of being a manga artist, and do something she loved. everything will eventually fall into place and she was trying way to hard to make things perfect even though she was like 15. dumb kid
