Yeah it's pretty gross. EAS used to make a dark chocolate shake that was legitimately delicious but they changed the formula and now it tastes like chalk. Now I just use cottage cheese with a bunch of hot sauce. It's better really.

muscle milk sucks but its p cool how the newest diet fad is protein, which is actually something that could help lardasses look better + feel better + i get more variety in poo poo to eat 4 protein i get monster milk at my gym sometimes, it tastes alright and its got some good nutrients in it and 45g of protein for 300 calories aint bad, overpriced as hell tho
