It's because you prolly aren't learning new things, meeting enough new people, deadlines/due dates or things to look forward to (turning 18, driving a car, turning 21, graduating college/hs), or doing anything exciting on a regular basis. Work out every day, join some hobby clubs or something, make plans to do something each night instead of eating microwaved trader joes food, games, netflixing and shitposting and it will by a lot slower. go make a goal to be able to do [x] by [y]. and it's not that it's going slower, its just you dont have anything other than generic routine so your brain just skips over large chunks of time with nothing neat or different to remember and it becomes insignificant in the sea of experiences youve had already.
