Sounds like Master Shake. edit for content: I used to know this kid in high school named Matt and he would pretty much lie about everything, mainly his various ethnicities that I can't remember, though Im pretty sure the dude was first nations in some capacity. Claimed he was an air force pilot once, or training to be one. I'm starting to notice a few similarities with other compulsive liar stories in this thread.
