It's not like every guy who is about to get arrested is constantly checking out the front door every day, or looking around ever corner before he walks around it. Just get one of the unmarked patrol cars they use to catch speeders and have 2-4 uniformed officers pick him up in his driveway, or in the parking lot of the walmart when he has his arms full of groceries. Blowing the hinges off a door at 3:00am or turning on your sirens when you see him driving through a school zone is not always the best idea. if you can make him speed through a school zone that adds more charges to your scorecard though
