Im selling bacon and egg rolls at the market tommorow but bought rind on bacon by accident. What do i do with all these bacon rinds.

My girlfriend was going to feed them to the dogs but i think it could work as human food if i cooked em in the oven for a while.

At the market if its slow its a good idea to get some bacon frying to get people hungry. Im gonna use them like that and hopefully put them on the rolls as well.
