Since we're trying to stress that this game takes place in the modern day, one of the classes should be a vegetarian. One of the possible options will be to upgrade into a gluten-free chef, I'll leave the other upgrade paths up for the rest of the group to brainstorm, I don't want to assume too much control over the process.
