People in my area have been dropping like flies from Heroin. Some fuckhead upstream cut it with Fentanyl, and even a fairly weak hit of that stuff packs a hell of a wallop.

I have a prescription for Norco. I'm pretty sure doctors hand that poo poo out like candy. I've had a harder time getting amoxicillin from a doctor than Norco or oxycontin.
