NC "science" teacher is right. If you put your head down at ground level by a plant next to a solar panel, you can actually see the light bending away from the plant toward the panel!

In Des Moines its required to have a 4 year degree minimum to attend town hall meeting and or address the council. Sorry NC is retarded  We are high class here with only philosopher kings getting headlines.

My college plowed down several acres of old growth forest for a solar farm paid for by government grants. It's hideously ugly, barely powers the gym lighting alone, and meanwhile most of the buildings on campus are 50-100 years old and still have single pane aluminum framed Windows that people mostly leave cracked open all winter because the steam heat is so poorly regulated. Twice a year the grounds crew has to spend several days clearing the weeds growing between the PV panels with pollution spewing 2 cycle weed wackers. God, I love green washing.
