I dunno...Cutler has pretty much shown this year that he was surrounded by incompetence. Since Gase came in he actually looks like people expected him to when he first came into the league, sure he still crumbles in clutch and throws boneheaded picks, but at least he isn't afraid to take a hit, though I cant really blame RG3 for that, Shanahan pretty much ruined that kids confidence after refusing to pull him from a game even when his knee was about to implode
