A $ervi˘e (with żapp functionality?) that requires another user to turn on their webcam or post via the Awful app in order to make another post. Their webcam/phonecam takes a picture when they next hit the "Submit" button and the resulting picture gets autoloaded to their post through a cambot or something. Watch SA's social/camera-app culture grow and spiral out of loving control  Lament; Regret.
