The last surviving member of the Black Arms, the aliens who helped to create Shadow. Described by Ian Flynn as what Shadow would be if he had been raised by said aliens and without the "hedgehog", he's driven to avenge his race and can transform into a monstrous form in addition to being able to counter Shadow's Chaos Control.
